The room was spacious, which I appreciated, but several amenities fell short. The shower didn’t have adequate hot water and it wasn’t properly lit, making for a less-than-ideal wash-up before heading out for a day of exploring. While the friendly reception staff stood out, and it was nice to have 24-hour security, I couldn’t help but feel that the overall conditions of the lodge didn’t align with the price tag. For instance, basic essentials like complementary bottled water and enough shower gel were lacking. The pool area was also quite disappointing, as it wasn't maintained during my stay—this was especially frustrating given the premium I paid. Think about what’s most important for your trip;
